                                                1 lb cooked ham, cubed  |  
                                                4 big red potatoes, cubed  |  
                                                15 ounces cream of potato soup  |  
                                                1 1/4 ounces ranch dressing mix  |  
                                                8 ounces cream cheese  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Put in the ham and potatoes in a greased crock pot. 2. Mix the soup and the dressing in a bowl. 3. Pour over the ham and potatoes. 4. Set the crock pot to low and cook for 8 hours. 5. Add the cream cheese the last hour of cooking.                              |
