Sweet & Spicy dressing, perfect for spinach salad with goat cheese and diced red peppers! Even my kids loved ! Put on salad just before serving. Use leftovers as a dipping sauce for goat cheese and spinach quesadillas. Ingredients:
1/3 cup vinegar |
1/4 cup red pepper jelly |
3 tablespoons vegetable oil or 3 tablespoons canola oil |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in shallow bowl and whisk together. 2. Chill until ready to use on salad. |
