From . This makes about 3 cups of dressing. You can cut the ingredients in half if you don't need that much. I serving is 1 tablespoon. Ingredients:
2 medium red bell peppers, seeded and cubed |
1/2 cup white balsamic vinegar |
1 cup olive oil (we used basil infused oil and it was delicious) |
1/4 cup honey |
2 pinches salt |
2 pinches pepper, freshly ground |
Directions:
1. Put everything into a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. |
