4 red peppers |
1 1/3 cup half and half |
sea salt |
crab meat garnish |
Directions:
1. Core peppers and cut into small pieces 2. Cook with the cream 3. Add salt 4. Blend in a blender 5. Return to stove to re-heat 6. Garnish with small aount of crab meat 7. Yogurt or sour cream may be used as an alternate garnish |
