2 large red bell peppers, coarsely chopped |
1 cup whipping cream |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat; cover and simmer 30 minutes. 2. Process mixture in a blender or food processor until smooth. Pour puree through a wire-mesh strainer into a bowl. Serve warm. 3. Yellow Pepper Sauce: Substitute 2 large yellow bell peppers for red bell peppers. |
