Red Pepper Hummus
Ingredients:
2 cups chickpeas
1 red pepper
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup cilantro
1 tbsp garlic
Directions:
1. Roast, peel, and seed red pepper
2. Rinse garbonzo beans
3. Combine all ingredients in food processor until smooth
4. Add spices to taste (cumin, tumeric, kosher salt, pepper)
