Roasted red pepper hummus Ingredients:
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained |
1/3 cup tahini |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1/2 cup roasted red pepper |
1/4 teaspoon dried basil |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender. 2. Whirl until smooth and combined well. 3. Cover an chill in refrigerator until ready to serve. |
