This dip is amazing and the best part is that it is low-calorie! My friend Jessica gave me this recipe, but I have tweaked it a bit. I love to cut pita bread into small triangles and crisp it in the broiler for a few minutes to use for dipping. But I also dip veggies in it and use a little bit on salads. It is so good and healthy! You can adjust the amount of cayenne pepper according to how spicy you like. Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) jar roasted red peppers |
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
2 tablespoons tomato paste |
1 clove crushed garlic |
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredents in food processer or blender and mix until smooth. |
