The Bread Machine Cookbook makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups milk |
1/3 cup olive oil |
1 1/2 eggs |
1 1/3 teaspoons pepper |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 1/3 teaspoons salt |
1 1/3 cups cornmeal |
2 2/3 cups bread flour |
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast |
1 1/3 cups red bell peppers, chopped |
Directions:
1. Bake according to manufacturer’s instructions, adding the bell pepper during the add-ins cycle or 5 minutes before the final kneading is finished. |
