Ingredients:
2 can(s) chickpeas-low/no slat rinsed and drained
3 whole(s) red bell peppers finely diced
1 cup(s) cilantro (about one bunch) chopped
1 cup(s) flat-leaf parsley (about 1/2 bunch) chopped
3 clove(s) garlic minced
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
1 whole(s) lemons juiced
dash(es) sea salt and fresh ground pepper
Directions:
