4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves |
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained |
1 (12 ounce) jar roasted red peppers, undrained |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) van mexican stewed tomatoes, undrained |
1 large onion, chopped |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Place chicken in slow cooker. 2. Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl, and pour over chicken. 3. Cover and cook 4-6 hours or until chicken is no longer pink. 4. Serve over rice. |
