Red Pepper And Tomato Soup

Ingredients:
1 red pepper
3 tomatoes
1 onion
2 chicken stock cubes
1 tsp plain flour
milk
dried basil
salt
butter/margarine
Directions:
1. Chop onion, red pepper and tomato into small cubes
2. Fry onion and butter until soft.
3. Add pepper and tomato
4. Leave mixture for 10 mins
5. Mix chicken stock, flour, dried basil with boiling water
6. Add to frying pan
7. Leave for 5 mins
8. Add a 2 cup fulls of milk and stir for 5 mins
