Red Pepper and Parmesan Tipapia |

Quick 30 minute meal for the seafood lover. Ingredients:
1/4 cup egg substitute |
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1 teaspoon italian seasoning |
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
4 (6 ounce) tipapia fish fillets |
Directions:
1. Place the egg substitute in a shallow bowl. 2. In another shallow bowl, combine cheese, Italian seasoning, pepper flakes, and pepper. 3. Dip fillets in eggsubstitute, and then in cheese mixture. 4. Place in a 15 inch x10 inchx1 inch baking pan coated with cooking spray. 5. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. |
