Red Passion Colada

The bartender at Red Lobster was gracious enough to share their secret. He would not tell me what Commercial brand pina colada mix they use, but I found any favorite will do.

Ingredients:

3 ounces friday's pina colada nonalcoholic drink mix

1 1/4 ounces alize red passion liqueur

1 ounce rum

Directions:

1. Place ingredients in blender with ice and blend.
2. Pour into tall glass.
3. You can also float a little Alize' on top.
