The first time I tried this I loved it and have continued to make it for several years. It never gets old especially if you love red onions like I do. Yummy. Occasionally I throw chopped green olives in and it makes it even more special. Ingredients:
1/2 cup olive oil |
1/4 cup red wine vinegar |
2 tablespoons red onion minced |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon basil |
1/4 teaspoon all purpose spice blend |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon krazy mixed up salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend at top speed for 1 minute. 2. Chill overnight in refrigerator. |
