Ingredients:
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
3 tablespoons minced red onions
1 tablespoon minced capers
kosher salt and tabasco sauce
Directions:
1. Whip cream with sour cream and orange juice until soft peaks form. Fold onion and capers into whipped cream mixture, then season with salt and Tabasco.
