The Bread Machine Cookbook Makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups water |
2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
1 1/2 tablespoons honey |
2/3 teaspoon pepper |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1 1/3 cups whole wheat flour |
2 cups bread flour |
3 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder |
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast |
1/2 cup red onion, chopped |
1/3 cup capers |
Directions:
1. Bake according to manufacturer’s instructions, adding the onions and capers during the add-ins cycle or 5 minutes before the final kneading is finished. |
