Red Lobsters Citrus Couscous |

Those tiny beads of couscous can hold some major flavor. This zesty dish’s tangy citrus infusion will be passed around the table ‘til it’s long gone. Ingredients:
* 8 ounces dry couscous |
* 11/2 cups water |
* 1 tsp. fresh chopped dill |
* 1 tsp. fresh chopped mint |
* 1/2 tsp. salt |
* 1 tbsp. brown sugar |
* 1/8 tsp. white pepper |
* 1 tbsp. olive oil |
* 1 can mandarin oranges |
Directions:
1. 1. Place water, salt, sugar, pepper and olive oil in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. 2. 2. Remove from heat and add couscous cover and let stand for about 7 minutes. 3. 3. Fold in oranges, juice, and fresh herbs. 4. 4. Let stand for 2-3 minutes. |
