Red Lobsters Citrus Couscous

Those tiny beads of couscous can hold some major flavor. This zesty dish’s tangy citrus infusion will be passed around the table ‘til it’s long gone.
Ingredients:
* 8 ounces dry couscous
* 11/2 cups water
* 1 tsp. fresh chopped dill
* 1 tsp. fresh chopped mint
* 1/2 tsp. salt
* 1 tbsp. brown sugar
* 1/8 tsp. white pepper
* 1 tbsp. olive oil
* 1 can mandarin oranges
Directions:
1. 1. Place water, salt, sugar, pepper and olive oil in a sauce pan and bring to a boil.
2. 2. Remove from heat and add couscous cover and let stand for about 7 minutes.
3. 3. Fold in oranges, juice, and fresh herbs.
4. 4. Let stand for 2-3 minutes.
