This is a good replica of the Fondue served at Red Lobster, may not be exact but it's pretty darned close. Ingredients:
1 lb velveeta cheese |
1/2 cup milk |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1/4 lb broiled crawfish |
2 tablespoons minced parsley |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
1 broiled lobster tail |
1/2 bell pepper, chopped |
Directions:
1. combine all ingredients except bell pepper and parsley. 2. heat in sauce pan until cheese melts. 3. garnish with bell pepper and parsley. |
