A very simple, yet filling and satisfying Lentil dish. I made this in my 6-cup Rice Cooker, so if you are not using one, the recipe will be different.
Ingredients:
1 cup lentils (uncooked)
3 cups water
2 cups spaghetti sauce
salt (to taste)
Directions:
1. Add lentils, water and salt to rice cooker and press cook.
2. Cook for 20 minutes or until lentils are soft.
3. Add sauce and cook for 10 minutes on warm cook setting to consistency.
