Beet juice and more. Found it on an Indian site. Tastes good and is supposed to be good for you. Ingredients:
1 small cucumber (peeled if waxed) |
1 beet |
1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunk |
4 apples |
1 teaspoon grated gingerroot (optional) |
Directions:
1. Juice all, (I use Vita-Mix). 2. Strain if necessary for smooth texture. 3. Garnish with crushed ice and mint leaves. 4. Serve at once. |
