Red Green Cole Slaw for Pulled Pork Sandwiches |

This is the slaw my mom puts on her pulled pork sandwiches. It's really, really great. This is from the Martha Stewart Cookbook. Ingredients:
3/4 cup ketchup |
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
2 1/2 lbs green cabbage, shredded |
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the ketchup, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. 2. Add the cabbage and toss until well coated. 3. The slaw can be made several hours in advance and kept covered in the refrigerator until ready to use. |
