Did you know? Grape skins contain resveratrol, the healthy substance found in red wine and known to help protect against cancer and heart disease. I didn't. But I felt healthier after I drank this. :) Ingredients:
1 1/2 - 2 cups seedless red grapes, chilled or partially frozen |
6 oz. vanilla yogurt |
6 oz. milk |
3 tblsps honey (+ or - to taste) |
ice cubes or crushed ice (optional) |
Directions:
1. Blend grapes, yogurt, milk, and honey in blender. 2. Add ice, if desired, and blend again until smooth. |
