Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs red seedless grapes, halved
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/2 tablespoon agave syrup
1 bunch mint, finely chopped
1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and chill for at least one hour (or overnight).
2. Serve with toasted baguette slices and goat cheese or Brie.
