Red Fruit Lollies / Popsicles

Healthy ice lollies for kids. You can make a two tone ice lolly by freezing a layer of tropical fruit juice and then pouring the red fruit puree on top and freezing again.
Ingredients:
7 ounces strawberries, halved
7 ounces raspberries
4 ounces watermelon, deseeded, cubed
4 tablespoons superfine sugar (the amount of sugar you add will depend on how sweet the fruit is)
Directions:
1. Blend everything together until smooth.
2. Sieve the mixture to remove the seeds, then pour into an ice lolly mould and freeze.
