This dish always remind me a lot of my home town. My favorit! Ingredients:
2 plates of rice |
100 gr of shrimp |
100 gr chicken |
1 egg |
salt |
1 tbl spoon sweet soy sauce |
1 tbl spoon ketchup |
1 tbl spoon oyster sauce |
oil |
spice |
3 cloves garlic, blend with |
5 shallots |
Directions:
1. Pour the oil into the pan, heat it. Put the egg, and fry it, make a scrambble egg. Take them up 2. Add the oil into the pan, after it was heat up, saute the spice, until it's fragrance appear. Then put the shrimp and the chicken, stir until it done. 3. Put the rice and egg, finely stir, then add salt, soy sauce , ketchup and oyster sauce. Stir it until it's all mix together, and finely done. |
