1/2 cup light coconut milk |
1 tablespoon natural-style peanut butter (such as smucker's) |
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice |
1 1/2 teaspoons fish sauce |
1/4 teaspoon red curry paste |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat, whisking to combine. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 1 to 2 minutes or until slightly thick. Cool to room temperature. |
