Red Curry Fried Rice

This curry fried rice are more usual dish than other kind of fried rice..more of gormet dish...i never find it here in any Thai restaurant
Ingredients:
1/2 lb shimp peeled and devined
1/2 cup of pork or beef ball cut into 4 pieces
1 tbsp of red curry pasted (see my red curry recipes)
3-4 tbsp fish sauce or to taste
2 lime leaves thinly sliced (optional)
2 fresh red chili pepper (optional)
celantro leave for garnish
pinch msg (optional)
3 tbsp of oil
2 tbsp of green onion chopped
3 cup of cooked jasmine rice
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, removed cooked rice and set aside
2. In a large skillet, add oil, lime leaves and red curry pasted cook about 5 mintues in low heat for fregrant.
3. Add meat ball and shimp, cook until shimp are pink.
4. Add cooked rice and fish sauce, msg, green onion and red chili pepper if desire.
5. Stir well to mix.
6. When done, place fried rice on serving plate and top with celantro leaves and it ready to serve...ENOY !!!
