Yummy! Not healthy but everyone needs a treat every so often. Ingredients:
5 lbs chicken wings |
2 cups red currant jelly |
2 cups ketchup |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
1/4 cup light soy sauce |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Place wings in large casserole. 2. Bring sauce ingredients to a boil and pour over wings. 3. Bake at 275F oven for 2 hours or until brown and tender. |
