Red Cabbage With Cranberries

This dish is sooo different. It goes well with any grilled or roasted meats or poultry. Serve it hot or cold. I love it cold stuffed in a pita pocket.
Ingredients:
non-stick cooking spray
4 cups shredded red cabbage
1 cup shredded sweet apple
1 cup whole cranberries
2-3 tablespoons brown sugar
apple cider vinegar
2-3 tablespoons butter or margarine
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Spray a large baking dish with non-stick spray.
3. Combine the shredded cabbage, the shredded apple, and the cranberries.
4. Toss with the brown sugar and a little cider vinegar to moisten.
5. Pour all into prepared baking dish, and dot with butter.
6. Bake until cabbage is tender, approximately 1 hour.
7. Serve hot or chill until ready to serve cold.
