Great side dish or main Ingredients:
4 red bell peppers, chopped |
1 onion, chopped |
2 tablespoons garlic, minced |
3 tablespoons tomato paste |
4 cups vegetable broth |
3 tablespoons lime juice |
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. throw everything in a pot and bring to a boil. 2. boil for 30 minute. 3. blend and serve. |
