Ingredients:
1 cup sliced and diced red beets
1/2 cup smalldiced carrots
1/2 cup diced bell pepper (red)
1 ts oil
4 oz diced up feta cheese
fresh basil
ground pepper
white balsamic vinegar to taste (1 tbs)
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. Top it off with diced fresh basil. Enjoy your meal.
