Deliciously simple healthy CEA HOW salad. No flour, no sugar, low carbs. Ingredients:
1 cup sliced and diced red beets |
1/2 cup smalldiced carrots |
1/2 cup diced bell pepper (red) |
1 ts oil |
4 oz diced up feta cheese |
fresh basil |
ground pepper |
white balsamic vinegar to taste (1 tbs) |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. Top it off with diced fresh basil. Enjoy your meal. |
