Crock Pot Beans Ingredients:
16 ounces red kidney beans |
2 cups chopped onion |
1 cup chopped celery |
8 ounces chopped andouille sausage |
Directions:
1. Soak beans overnight, then rinse and drain. 2. Add ingredients to crock pot, add water to cover. 3. Season to taste with Creole seasonings and/or hot sauce. 4. Cook all day until beans are softened. |
