                    Delicious Cajun food Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                8 cups red kidney beans  |  
                                                2 medium onions (chopped)  |  
                                                1 cup celery (finely chopped)  |  
                                                6 green onions (chopped)  |  
                                                1 pound sausage (sliced)  |  
                                                3 garlic cloves (minced)  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Wash and soak beans overnight (if using dry) 2. Cook beans 3. Open 4 cans of red kidney beans 4. Add sausage, onins, celery, garlic, and seasoning 5. Bring to boil 6. Reduce heat and simmer 7. For a thicker gravy, remove one cup of beans and mash thru strainer 8.
