Ingredients:
1 can(s) red kidney beans drained & rinsed
4 large hard boiled eggs chopped
2 large dill pickles chopped
1/4 cup(s) mayonnaise
Directions:
1. Drain & rinse kidney beans.
2. Cut up hard boiled eggs as for egg salad.
3. Dice dill pickles.
4. Stir together in bowl with mayonnaise.
5. Serve on a leaf of lettuce with toast or rolls.
