I'm making a family cookbook for my family members and just got this from my aunt! I love it!
Ingredients:
fresh carp, 14 to 20 ",long
spices, of choice
Directions:
1. Scale and rinse fish well.
2. Cut in 1/2 and place on pine board.
3. Add your favorite spices.
4. Bake at 340* for 90 minutes.
5. Remove from oven, throw carp away.
6. Serve board with or without tarter sauce.
