Really good recipe Ingredients:
olive oil 1 tbsp |
tomatoes diced, canned 400 gm |
chicken pieces 500 gm |
onion(s) 1 . |
black olives 50 gm |
Directions:
1. Slice onion. Fry lightly in oil for 1 minute. Add chicken and brown. 2. Combine recipe base and chopped tomatoes (with juice), heat until warm. 3. Reduce heat, ocver and simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is tender, stirirng occasionally. Add olives and heat through. Serve with crips green salad and garnish with oregano. |
