Ingredients:
5 eggs, beaten |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
1 tablespoon cornmeal |
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 unbaked (9-inch) pastry shell |
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients; beat well. Add butter, vinegar, and vanilla, beating well. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes. Cool before slicing. |
