Reba Mcentire's Praline Sweet Potato Casserole |

My sister has been making these for several years now for Thanksgiving & Christmas. She found the recipe on the internet. If you're not a big fan of sweet potatoes this will change your mind. They are wonderful Ingredients:
40 ounces canned sweet potatoes, drained |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/3 cup granulated sugar |
1/4 cup margarine, melted |
2 eggs |
1/4 cup margarine, melted |
3 tablespoons flour |
3/4 cup brown sugar |
1/4 cup pecans, chopped |
Directions:
1. Mash potatoes, add salt, vanilla extract, cinnamon, sugar, melted margarine and eggs. 2. Put into a greased casserole. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over top of potato mixture. 3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. |
