this spinach broccoli quiche is very low calorie! You can have 2 slices for breakfast! Ingredients:
6 egg whites |
1/4 cup flour |
1 cup broccoli |
2 oz. spinach |
1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded, fat free |
1/4 cup cottage cheese, no fat |
1 tsp. garlic, minced |
1 cup milk, fat free |
Directions:
1. seperate egg whites 2. add flour and garlic 3. stir 4. add cheeses and stir then add milk and stir 5. then add broccoli and stir 6. spray 9 round pan with butter flavored oil 7. put spinach on bottom of pan add mixture 8. bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees! |
