Really Good Microwave Veggies |

This is pretty fool-proof. Great use of the microwave and tastes good. You may use any vegetables you have available, fresh or frozen. Ingredients:
1 (20 ounce) package frozen vegetables (peas, broccoli, carrots or whatever) |
1/2 cup powdered coffee creamer |
3 tablespoons flour |
1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
1 dash pepper |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granule |
1 cup hot water |
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients. 2. Sprinkle over veggies. 3. Add hot water. 4. Stir well and cook for 8 minutes on Full Power. 5. Stir halfway through. |
