Mmmmmm this frosting is really good. You can either ice cookies with it, or cut pieces of cake into small shapes and make petit fours . Ingredients:
4 cups confectioners' sugar |
1/2 cup butter, softened |
1 tablespoon vanilla extract |
1/3 cup milk |
3 drops red food coloring |
Directions:
1. Cream butter and add sugar alternately with milk, use enough milk to have a semi thin icing, but not watery. Mix in vanilla. Separate icing into several bowls and tint each a different color. Frost cookies and decorate! |
