Found this in Real Simple magazine. They recommend using the 93% lean ground turkey Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground turkey |
1/4 cup breadcrumbs |
2 tablespoons milk |
2 tablespoons ketchup |
1 large egg |
1/2 medium onion, chopped |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine above ingredients and shape into a loaf on a rimmed baking sheet. Top with 1/2 cup ketchup. Bake at 450 degrees until fully cooked, about 45 minutes. |
