3. lb ground beef 1/2 lb Italian sausage 1 1/2 lb pork
4. c chopped onions
5. garlic cloves; minced
6. cn italian tomatoes; (30 oz.) and 1 cn italian tomatoes; (16 oz.)
7. cn tomato paste; (6 oz.) 2 c tomato juice
8. /4 c olive oil
9. /4 c snipped parsley
10. tb brown sugar
11. tb parmesan cheese
12. ts salt
13. /2 ts crushed oregano 1/4 tsp crushed thyme
14. bay leaf
15. /2 ts msg
16. Brown onion and garlic in olive oil. Brown ground beef, sausage and pork
17. after onions and garlic have been removed. Add remaining ingredients and
18. simmer 3 hours, or until sauce is thick.N
