Just a simple, plain bread with a bit of sweetness. Ingredients:
3 cups all purpose flour |
3 tablespoons white sugar |
3 teaspoons baking powder |
1 teaspoon kosher salt |
12 oz. can of lite beer |
Directions:
1. Combine all dry ingredients. 2. Add beer all at one time. 3. Mix by hand until flour and beer are combined. 4. Turn into regular size bread load pan oiled or sprayed with canola and pat down gently. 5. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes then lay foil over top for last 15 minutes. 6. Take out and place on rack and rub unsalted butter all over the top. |
