That's right. Ingredients:
10 ounces frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt |
2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup |
1 cup swiss cheese, grated |
1 cup milk |
8 ounces vermicelli, uncooked |
Directions:
1. Sauté broccoli with onion and garlic salt in butter or margarine in a large skillet until tender, but not brown. Add soup, cheese and milk. Heat and stir until cheese melts. Cook Vermicelli according to package directions: drain. Lightly toss Vermicelli with cheese and broccoli sauce. Serves 4 to 6. |
