10'' size pie crust |
1 egg |
1pkg. (8oz.) cream cheese (softened) |
1 tsp. vanilla extract |
1 c. sugar |
2 tbs. flour |
1 can (14oz.) crushed pineapple (include juice) |
3 medium banana ( ripe and sliced) |
for toppings |
1/2 c. sweetened coconut flakes |
1/2 c. flour |
3 tbs. butter |
1/4 c. brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven at 400degrees. 2. With electric mixer, soften cream cheese & egg, 3. Add sugar, flour, mix well until incorporated. 4. Fold in pineapple and sliced banana. 5. Pour into prepared pie crust. 6. Bake for 20 minutes. Put topping mixture on the pie, 7. Adjust oven temp. from 400 to 350 degrees. 8. And bake pie for another 25 minutes or till edges is golden brown. 9. Let it cool completely before serving 10. For Topping: 11. Mix all ingredients till corporated. |
