Raspberries and bananas are a great combination that make this not too sweet smoothie that is to die for. Ingredients:
1 cup milk |
1 cup fresh unsweetened raspberry (can use frozen) |
1 small ripe banana, cut into chunks |
1/2 cup apple juice |
1/2 cup raspberry yogurt |
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine all ingredients, cover and process until blended. 2. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. |
