Are you tired of the same old smoothie? Well, this is a refeshing twist on the plain old fruit drink. Complete balance of protein and carbs in a great tasting treat! Ingredients:
8 ounces sugar-free non-fat vanilla yogurt |
1/3 cup vanilla protein powder |
1/2 cup raspberries |
1 tablespoon lime juice |
1 teaspoon sugar substitute |
3 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. add yogurt and protein powder to blender. blend on low for 30 seconds. 2. add raspberries, lime juice, and sugar substitue. blend on medium for 30 seconds. 3. add ice and blend on high for 30 seconds. 4. pour in tall glass, serve and enjoy! |
