Ingredients:
1 cup semolina |
1/2 cup ghee |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 cup milk |
1 cup water |
1 tablespoon fried silvered almonds |
1 tablespoon fried sultana |
nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Melt the ghee and add the semolina. 2. Fry until light brown in colour. 3. Add water, milk and sugar. 4. Cook over medium heat until it is of porridge consistency. 5. Serve in a deep dish. 6. Decorate with grated nutmeg, almonds and sultanas. |
